1. Can I manage multiple independent screens with a single processor?

Yes. The KLSxC series offers advanced multi-screen management capabilities. The KLS2c and 4c video controllers manage a single screen, while the KLS6c, 8c, and 12c controllers support three independent screens. The KLS16c and 24c models accommodate up to eight independent screens in addition to an OSD layer.

2. Do Kystar’s integrated video controllers support true 4K@60Hz input?

Yes. Devices with 6 or more Ethernet ports support 4K input, accompanied by audio input via HDMI/DP.

3. What are the possible reasons if the control software fails to detect the two-in-one LED video controller?

When using a computer to control the video processor via a serial cable, connection failures are typically caused by the following:

➤ Device not powered on: Ensure the processor is connected to a power source and turned on.

➤ USB Driver Issues: The USB driver is either not installed on the computer or has become corrupted.

➤ Serial Cable Faults: The serial cable is not securely connected, or the cable itself is damaged.

4. Which two-in-one video processor models support multi-unit synchronization?

Multi-unit synchronization is supported on the KLS6c, KLS8c, KLS12c, KLS16c, and KLS24c. It is not available on the KLS2c and KLS4c models.

5. Does the full KLSxC series support non-rectangular screen loading?

Yes. However, for the KLS2c, an FPGA firmware update via the cloud drive may be required to enable this feature.

6. Does the KLSxC series support partial display?

Yes, all integrated LED display processor models in the series support partial display functionality.

7. Which models in the KLSxC series are equipped with optical fiber ports?

Built-in optical fiber ports are exclusively available on the KLS16c and KLS24c video processors.

8. Does the KLSxC series support web-based control?

No, web-based control is not supported. Please use the dedicated control software.

9. Does the KLSxC series support preset loop?

No, it does not support automatic preset switching.
